Abstract

This book helps both lawyer and non-lawyer advocates better understand the arbitration process from a seasoned arbitrator’s viewpoint, and to improve their skills in using that process. This book offers answers to questions submitted by practicing advocates, based on both the author’s extensive arbitration experience and the experiences of his fellow arbitrators. These insights will benefit arbitrators in reviewing their own practices.
