Abstract

In this essay I examine the Israeli-German relations in jurisprudence. My starting point in the discussion is Israeli. As an Israeli, the questions I ask myself regarding the Israeli legal system are questions of external influence. I realize that similar research can and should be conducted from the opposite direction: the Israeli influence on the German legal system, if such influence exists, or even the Jewish influence on the German legal system.
