Abstract
This short course contains notes I developed and used when I was teaching an undergraduate introductory course on corporate finance at the City University of New York during the mid 2000s. I have compiled, edited and reformatted these notes into this single document for use as reference for basic self study on the topic. For some more advanced topics please see my complete second short course on basic corporate finance which builds on this one.
