Abstract
A content free formulations of Persons is constructed that can be applied to non-humans. The focus is on the concept of persons and the detection of persons. The basic concepts examined include intentional and deliberate action, language, self-consciousness, and "real worlds". The categories of potential, nascent, primitive, defective, former, created and super persons are formulated.
