Boekinformatie: Dit boek ziet op domeinnaamgeschillen, en analyseert de juridische gronden en rechtspraak in Nederland, België in vergelijking met de Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP). Merkinbreuk, handelsnaaminbreuk, onrechtmatige daad en de doctrine van 'kwade trouw in diverse "alternative dispute resolution policies" worden o.a. besproken.
English Abstract: Contents: Chapter 4 ("UDRP") explains the three-step test of the so-called Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy. This is the most important 'alternative dispute resolution' policy against cybersquatting and domain name grabbing in relation to most gTLDs (.com, .org etc).
