Dutch Abstract: Inhoud: Hoofdstuk 2 ("Nederland") behandelt de relevante gronden en maatregelen tegen 'domain name grabbing'. Merkinbreuk, handelsnaaminbreuk, onrechtmatige daad alsmede het naamrecht en het concept van misbruik van bevoegdheid worden allemaal besproken.

Boekinformatie: Dit boek ziet op domeinnaamgeschillen, en analyseert de juridische gronden en rechtspraak in Nederland, België in vergelijking met de Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP).
