Abstract
Dutch Abstract: Inhoud: Hoofdstuk 6 ('Naar een geschillenregeling voor het .nl-domein') onderzoekt de voorstellen van de Nederlandse regering en SIDN voor een geschillenregeling voor .nl-domeinnamen. Het kritiseert SIDN om niet direct de UDRP procedure over te nemen en in plaats daarvan voor een afwijkende, meer ingewikkelde, regeling te kiezen. Naar aanleiding van dit boek en de artikelen van de auteur in 2003 http://ssrn.com/abstract=2003817 en een eerder artikel in 2002 http://ssrn.com/abstract=2003773, wijzigde de Nederlandse .nl-domeinnamen autoriteit (SIDN) haar beleid in 2008 and verving dat door een ADR regeling die vergelijkbaar is met die van UDRP, in overeenstemming met de bevindingen van deze auteur.

It concludes that the proposed. It criticizes SIDN for failing not to adopt the established UDRP procedure, and instead create a different, more complicated policy. In response to this book and the articles of this author in 2003 http://ssrn.com/abstract=2003817 and a previous article by the same author in 2002 http://ssrn.com/abstract=2003773, the Dutch .nl-domain name authority (SIDN) changed its policy in 2008 and replaced it with a ADR policy similar to the UDRP, in sync with the findings of this author.
