Abstract

The year 2014 would be a glittering year for Afghanistan and one of the reasons of celebrating year 2014 is that it is the 10th anniversary of the Constitution of Afghanistan. In the working paper the author endeavors to trace the constitutional history of Afghanistan. The paper ends through highlighting pivotal issues which the Afghan constitution needs to mull in the following days.
