Abstract

The present Volume aims at contributing to the debate concerning posted workers in the EU and the elaboration of relevant strategies, especially in light of the recent decisions by the European Court of Justice (ECJ) and their implications for the future of European social policy. The Volume while highlighting the issues at stake, places at the same time particular focus on the cases of Greece and Bulgaria through the presentation of two case-studies carried out by the researchers of the Scientific Society for Social Cohesion and Development (EPEKSA) and the European Institute. The Volume also contains the presentations of European researchers, experts on the issue, who took part in the International Conference.
