Abstract
In this paper we study the possibilities of applying the incremental solutions to the problems of the future European Union enlargements. We analyze some significant targets for the next accessions, taking into consideration the main constraints of the integration. We conclude that small changes are preferred to the radical measures in order to deal with the situations created by the future adhesion.
