Abstract
There is some evidence that positivity at organizational level is related to intrapreneurship. Based on extensive literature review we hypothesize that intrapreneurship and organizational positivity are related to each other and both play a role in achieving high organizational performance. Therefore, we ask a central research questions: Are positive organizations entrepreneurial? What matters more in achieving high performance: corporate entrepreneurship or positivity? The results confirm the existence of five dimensions of positive orientation. Moreover, they show weak relationships between positive orientation and intrapreneurship, high impact of positive orientation on firm’s performance and weak impact of entrepreneurial orientation on firm’s performance.
