Abstract

The reports summarizes the results of a survey conducted among local authorities in Poland in late 2013. The survey has shown a very high support for the development of renewable sources of energy at the local level and low acceptance for coal and nuclear sources of energy. It also illustrated lack of cooperation between communes in Poland and in other countries in the area of energy and climate.
