Abstract

In an evolved and civilized society, legal rules exist to regulate social relations. Also, there can be found along them, religious norms that stem from much later and which were printed in people’s consciousness and in their lives through constant practice and moral coercion.

The moral represents a form of social conscience, which reflects and sets in principles and rules the behavioral requirements concerning the relationship between individuals and between individuals and society.

The Legal and the Religious Commandments are more than often assigned with the name of Rules. However, it has to be revealed a distinction between them, even if the similarity comes from their common basis which is the morality.

Keywords: freedoms, religious commandments, legal commandment, moral, legal framework, social behavior
