Abstract
Cutting edge juvenile brain development research has found that youth delinquency is normative across racial and socioeconomic groups, and due to neuroscientific prompts. Interviews with experts and policy advocates across the U.S. who utilize brain research reveals the trend of reform and removal of punitive youth sentencing measures.
