Abstract

Sexual Harassment at the Workplace (SHW) has remained one of the central concerns of the women's movement in India. With the rising number of working women, there is a rise in the cases of sexual harassment at workplace. Social sector workers, lawyers and HR experts agree that India Inc needs to do a lot when it comes to sensitising the work place on gender harassment issues.

Present study is an attempt to re-define the ethical role of Indian Inc. in this regard.
