Abstract
Corporate Liability for Gross Human Rights Abuses offers a comprehensive study of the present state of domestic judicial mechanisms, including remedial systems, in relation to corporate involvement in gross human rights abuses. This commentary offers observations, comments, questions and suggestions that the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law Center for Global Justice and the Center for International Law and Policy (CILP) at New England Law | Boston agreed were important to share with the OHCHR in the spirit of moving this important and valuable project forward.
