Abstract
In my article I present the economic and legal definitions of market power, and I examine the fundamental issues of market power. I also embark on a brief analysis of diversity, collusive prices, and consumer awareness. My aim is also to sensitize the legal public to the fact that pay-for-delay deals earn more money than production, and that Boeing and McDonnell Douglas’ operations constitute a bid for power.
