Abstract

We live on a planet of Unconsciousness. Poor memory shows certain grave biochemical problems. What is more, certain persons may have no access to memory, and intelligence comparable to, or even substantially better than other people. Do they have any chance to get their ideas across, to participate in research stays and intellectual exchange? In my paper I broach the following subject: Research Scholarships And International Publications – Why Are the Weak Standards the Norm? I also ponder on the following question: Why Should the Lawyer Not Shrug Off the Economist? Thinking like an Economist.

Keywords: research scholarships and international publications, law and economics
