Abstract

Sustaining a competitive advantage has been crux of success in the rapidly changing volatile business market. As leaders seek to shift to performance based systems, it is essential to be flexible to meet new and consistent demand. Research suggests that the dynamic capability strategy creates a venue open to continuous improvement and innovation. Therefore, by fostering dynamic capabilities, organizations can be flexible to openly innovate and to maintain high level of performance and sustain competitive advantage.
