Abstract

Workplace deviance is pervasive disease in organizations throughout the world. The consequences are severe and are registered through various empirical findings. However, very few researches have focused on its antecedents and even fewer are the attempts to study the social learning factors responsible for dysfunctional behavior of the employees. This study makes use of logistic regression to identify the contribution of two social learning variables i.e. differential association and imitation in deviant behavior of the employees.
