Группировка отечественных оборонных предприятий на основе кластерного анализа (Grouping Domestic Defense Enterprises on the Basis of Cluster Analysis)

Abstract

Russian Abstract: В статье представлены результаты исследования актуальной проблемы повышения эффективности оборонного комплекса России. На основе кластерного анализа выявлены 3 группы оборонных предприятий в зависимости от инновационного потенциала и социально-экономической ситуации в регионе, в котором они расположены. Дан сценарий развития оборонных предприятий по каждому кластеру и определен перечень регионов, попадающих в тот или иной кластер. Обоснован выбор оборонных предприятий, для которых конверсия является целесообразной.

English Abstract: Article presents the results of a study of actual problems of improving the efficiency of the Russian defense complex. On the basis of cluster analysis identified 3 groups of defense enterprises, depending on the innovation potential and the socio-economic situation in the region in which they are located. Given the scenario of defense enterprises in each cluster and the list of regions that fall within a particular cluster. The choice of defense enterprises, for which the conversion is appropriate. Possible scenarios is considered – the expansion f conversion based on the introduction of basic innovation for shaping new business environment.
