Abstract

French Abstract: L'aménagement du territoire en France diffère de celui de l'Allemagne d'abord par une organisation administrative du territoire profondément différente tant dans sa formulation politique que dans sa réalité vécue. En deuxième lieu, le cadre de décision de cet aménagement n'est pas le même. La formulation des objectifs recèle moins de différences, contrairement aux modalités et sans doute aux résultats.

English Abstract: Spatial planning in France differs from Germany first by an administrative organization of the territory as profoundly different in its policy formulation in its lived reality. Second, the framework decision of this development is not the same. Objective formulation contains fewer differences, contrary to the conditions and probably results.
