Abstract
This study aims to discuss the impact of HR issues on effectiveness of HRM and organizational outcomes. HR issues are, for example, validity of selection tests, transfer of training, prejudice, unfair and injustice practices in interview, performance evaluation and reward distribution. Those issues may decrease the impact of HRM on organizational outcomes such as motivation, commitment, performance, productivity, organizational support. Therefore, firms should remove these issues in organizations to increase the impact of HRM. Because, for example, employees do not feel organizational support due to HR issues.
