Abstract
The number of hotels and employees’ turnover was rapidly mushrooming in Malaysia. This turnover occurred for several reasons such employee dissatisfaction and inhospitable work milieu might trigger the employees jump to others hotel for better job and working ambiance. This study reviews the literature relevant to turnover crises and it purpose is to give an overview of the causes of job dissatisfaction, which force an employee to quit from their current job and ponder other job opportunities. Focus of this study highlights the turnover crises in Malaysia, review of the effect of employment working environment and employee satisfaction towards the turnover crisis in hotel industry.
