Abstract

Authors consider the problem of lack of altruism in the future inclusive education teachers activities. According to the Sorokin altruism conception teacher's altruism can assist in healing of "special children". Results of our research show significant connection between altruization and teacher humanism. The better participation of future teachers in education of the disabled requires the transformation of altruistic behaviour. The importance of this conclusion is proved by data of investigations of P.A. Sorokin. Therefore, by Sorokin, altruization have to cover three basic levels: individual, society (social groups and institutions) and culture, so all social system needs to provide humanistic value orientation and creative altruism. The main goal in individuals altruization to do altruistic behavior as spontaneous reaction. It is possible to achieve with the appropriate socialization in childhood and habit forming. Institutions and culture altruization is possible through the implementation of appropriate values ​​and ideological components in their structure and function. It must take place not only on the formal and declarative level, but also in practice.
