Abstract

Romanian Abstract: Secolele XVIII-XIX au fost marcate de evenimente majore care au zguduit din temelii ordinea socială, politică şi religioasă din întreaga Europă. Evenimentul major al epocii la care ne referim a fost Revoluţia Franceză (1789-1799), eveniment care a marcat trecerea la epoca modernă, promovând ideile de pe drapel: Liberté, Égalité, Fraternité! Franţa a experimentat toate sistemele de guvernare, trecând succesiv de la monarhia absolută, bazată pe principiul de drept divin, la monarhia constituţională, după model britanic, în care domina principiul, regele domneşte, dar nu guvernează, trecând apoi la republică. Aceasta avea la bază, în teorie, libertatea şi egalitatea tuturor cetăţenilor.

English Abstract: Eighteenth and nineteenth centuries were marked by major events that shook the social, political and religious order throughout Europe. The major event of the epoch to which we refer was the French Revolution (1789-1799), an event that marked the transition to the modern era, promoting the ideas of the flag: Liberty, Equality, Fraternity! France had experienced all systems of government, passing successively from absolute monarchy based on the principle of divine right, to the constitutional monarchy after the British model, in which dominates the principle, king reigns but does not govern, switching to a republic. This was based on freedom and equality of all citizens.
