Abstract

This Article is a survey of the highlights of noteworthy sales cases from 2014 decided under Article 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code. Particular Article 2 highlights include the cases of Grandoe Corp. v. Gander Mountain Co. (formation under 2-204), Nebraska Machinery Co v. Cargotec Solutions, LLC (2-206 and 2-207), KSW Mechanical Services v. Johnson Controls, Inc. (scope of Article 2 and buyer remedies under 2-714 and 2-717), and Peace River Seed Co-Operative, Ltd. v. Proseeds Marketing, Inc. (2-6708 damages after a favorable resale).
