Portuguese Abstract: Este artigo responde a questão da admissibilidade e oportunidade de inserção de uma cláusula arbitral nos estatutos de uma sociedade comercial, à luz das regras em vigor na ordem jurídica angolana.
English Abstract: This paper gives an answer to the question of the relevance of inserting an arbitration clause in the articles of association of a company, bearing in mind the Angolan legal framework.
