Abstract

In this research note the author presents an initial conceptual framework to introduce legal history in a 21st century, international and problem oriented way. This framework will be used as the basis to develop a new course “Law & History” for law school use, as well as the basis of a textbook. In this research note this framework is presented in the form of a drawing with some explanatory comments. In a future edition of this research note more references and complete texts will be provided.
