Abstract

The purpose of the project is a creation of annotation schemes for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of text documents in Public Administration. It may include different types of sources: texts of citizens, transcripts of in-depth interviews, blog posts and comments, transcripts of meetings, etc. The results may be posted on the official website of the program or the individual resources and used in the preparation of recommendations for the executive authorities, as well as the preparation of management decisions.
