Abstract

English Abstract: The Treaties of the European Union, supplemented by other treaties ratified by member countries of the EU, clearly state several principles. Of these, three, from the long history of the identity of Europe, appear essential: democracy, freedom and subsidiarity. Now the European Union has significantly deviated from these three principles during 2015 and will continue to produce effects in the future.
