These centers have some differences in their organisational structure: they can be as partnership of teachers-tutors or have a more centralized structure with administrative body. The article focuses on differences in the providing of guidability in different types of semi-legal educational structures. We investigated several centres providing services in the field of teaching foreign languages and identified the effective retention strategies of private teachers.
