Abstract
Institutional integrity has emerged as a key concept in Australian public law. It underlies the administrative law concept of jurisdictional error. It informs the constitutional law concept of the separation of powers. This paper compares the approach of different jurisdictions to judicial review of administrative decisions and statutory interpretation.
