Abstract
In today's transnational world, culture plays an important role in every aspect of our lives. In order to create a brighter future for students while supporting the economic and understanding of cultural development of the region, it is necessary to provide opportunities and guide youth to increase the social value including raising awareness and introducing the importance of entrepreneurial spirits. Thus, the main goal of this research paper is to examine institutional factors affecting Academic Entrepreneurship (AE) in Turkey. The perception of AE and institutional economy were studies on the central participants’ narratives. Based on our findings, an action plan was created to introduce entrepreneurship at Ondokuz Mayis University and the current development of Entrepreneurship Education and Training will be highlighted as the case study example in Turkey.
