Abstract

These slides cover the 7 most important areas of disability discrimination. Thy cover: the basic definition, the fact that the ADA only covers employees not contractors, the ADA itself and its definition of disability, what it means to be a qualified individual with a disability, how to bring a case, administrative remedies, retaliation, failure to accommodate claims and ADA remedies.
