Abstract
Professor Davis explains that the Supreme Court majority’s recognition, in Planned Parenthood v. Casey of un-enumerated rights of dignity and self-definition are well supported by the neglected, antislavery history of the Thirteenth, Fourteenth and Fifteenth Amendments.
