Abstract

Russian Abstract: В работе проведена систематизация теоретических основ применения стимулирующих контрактов, на основе теоретических положений проведено разграничение терминов «эффективный контракт», «стимулирующий контракт», «эффективная ставка заработной платы». Авторы анализируют мировой опыт практического внедрения стимулирующих контрактов в разных системах управления человеческими ресурсами.

English Abstract: The work is aimed at theory systematization concerning the incentive contracts and performance-based pay. Based on theoretical analysis, the difference is drawn between the terms "effective contract", "incentive contracts", "effective rate of wages." The authors analyze international experience of incentive contracts’ practical implementation in different human resource management systems.
