Abstract

Nanotechnology covers the study of nanoparticles, generally in the range of 1 to 100 nanometers that functions as a whole object for transformation of its properties in a fluidic atmosphere. Due to wide attention prevalent in targeted drug delivery, our research is focused on synthesizing polymeric nanoparticles for drug delivery. In this study, the drug was loaded to Nano-biopolymer. Drug release, its stability, cytotoxicity and in-vivo toxicology were studied. The results confirmed that there was vitro compatibility of nanoparticles by means of cell viability and cell proliferation assay. Bioactivity of drug encapsulated in Nano-polymer was examined by clot lysis assay and the toxicity of nanoparticles by in-vivo assay. The generated nanoparticles were found to be efficient, bioavailable, more specific and non-toxic to the Biosystems. The studies have not been confirmed in-vivo in humans due to ethical guidelines. For this, continuous study has to be performed upon disclosure of factors to patients. The ethical question that arises is of health information processing, which includes the information data collection and analysis of the real-time data. Research work is in progress towards new methods for nano-toxicology, biological effects of nanoparticle and creation of the bases of nano-biomonitoring.
