Abstract

Assume the revised methodological structure defined here as OPD theory is adopted for social science. Assume the improved methodology is applied to build a general theory of psychology, a general theory of organizations derived from the general theory of psychology, and a general theory of society derived from both. Assume those theories accepted or assume some theory available of comparable intellectual standard accepted that replaces OPD theory.

Then and only then, HRM becomes the most significant division in any organization guiding roll out of strategy, enabling people a more fulfilling work life experience, while occupying a crucial place in development of the national economy, hence interest to politicians, finally, laying the foundation of a fairer and economically more just society, hence of interest to all people in the society.
