Abstract

This chapter provides an overview and analysis of the most important company law decisions in Singapore in 2015. More specifically, the chapter considers the developments in the following areas of Singapore company law: meetings, corporate organs, directors’ right to inspect documents, fraudulent trading, derivative actions and the oppression remedy.
