Abstract

This paper points out out several serious errors in the WIK-Consult Consulting Report on Business Data Services (Special Access) submitted to the Federal Communications Commission. The Wik-Consult report focuses irrelevant factors, makes inaccurate computations and self-contradictory claims, and employs improper benchmarks.
