Abstract

There has been speculation about relations between ancient China and ancient Egypt since at least the 17th century. With already published ancient Egyptian archaeological materials, we can demonstrate that the Chinese characters derive from the hieroglyphs of Ancient Egypt. Furthermore, an in-depth analysis of the historical record suggests that the history of the Chinese first Xia Dynasty corresponds to that of Ancient Egypt prior to the 19th Dynasty based on the statistical principle of the scientific induction.
