Abstract

This Article examines the need for institutional modifications in corporate decision making which, in turn, will allow for setting an optimal mix of ownership systems, the effect development of new and expanded construction site projects will have on the environment, and the net value of energy pricing policies on the economy. With Federal government support, the goal of projecting the environment and meeting energy needs can be attained.
