Abstract
Discrimination Law Experts Group Meeting 2016, University of Technology Sydney, 25 November 2016 In this presentation the author will analyse the mischief created by section 9 of the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth). This analysis will involve a critique of the recent Mulligan v Virgin Australia Airlines Pty Ltd [2015] FCAFC 130 Judgment and the problems in operationalising the test for assistance animals moving forward.
