Abstract
All causality is via the individual mind. Culture is merely the reservoir of ideas people draw on and apply in managing their relationship with their environment. For an executive, what does this mean? Where does one start to redevelop the drive, innovation and mood in the team and then through the organization? How are people guided to adopt long term human capital development as the foundation of their work life success?
