Abstract

By The Honorable Jimmie V. Reyna & Nathaniel E. Castellano

Parties appealing government contracts cases to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit face multiple challenges, some of which are a function of the Federal Circuit’s unique docket. This article suggests counsel can best serve their clients by providing the court with context for the issues on appeal. Hopefully, following our recommendations will, in turn, help the court resolve these important cases and issue meaningful precedent.
