Abstract
Russian Abstract: В статье рассматриваются структурные изменения в западной PR/COM индустрии. Автор соотносит происходящие процессы с российской коммуникационной практикой. При сравнительном анализе выявлены важные направления развития российской PR/COM индустрии. Продолжается рост сферы интернет-коммуникаций и социальных медиа с сохранением значительного потенциала развития. Постепенный выход глобальной экономики из рецессии заставляет корпоративный и государственный секторы перестраивать собственные стратегии отношений с внешним миром. На первый план выдвигается управление внешними вызовами, способность быстро реагировать, а главное – выявлять социально-политические и экономические тенденции ещё на этапе их зарождения. Отмечается, что несмотря на разноскоростной режим, общее движение российской индустрии находится в русле глобальных тенденций.
English Abstract: This article examines the structural changes in the western PR/COM industry, the author relates the processes taking place on the Russian communication practices. A comparative analysis revealed important trends of the Russian PR / COM industry. The continued increase in the scope of online communications and of social media while preserving a significant development potential. The gradual phasing out of the global economic recession makes corporate and public sectors to rebuild their own strategies towards their relations with the outside world.
Coming to the fore control of external calls, the ability to respond quickly, and most importantly - to identify the socio-political and economic trends at the stage of their origin. It is noted chtonesmotrya on multispeed mode, the general movement of the Russian industry is in line with global trends.
