Abstract
In this report, we document the existing systems and process of the cash transfer and public works programs implemented by the Government of Nepal’s Ministry of Local Development (MLD), analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the cash transfer program and provide several recommendations for changes to the cash transfer program.
