Abstract
Social capital is a concept that encompasses macro dimensions such as social trust, social participation and norms. Social capital is a feature too, and is productive, in the sense that with proper use of the field for the production of it, is provided. Therefore, addressing the issue of social capital, management requires precise and profound. Therefore, this article briefly examines the role of social capital in the organization, as well.
