Abstract

While updating the recently released ninth edition to the casebook Land Use and Sustainable Development Law, the four co-authors engaged in numerous spirited discussions about teaching land use law and policy. Subsequently, the authors have begun a series of blog posts that continue the conversation in a public forum. This document is a compilation of those posts as they appeared on the Land Use Prof Blog. This document will be updated from time-to-time as more blog posts are forthcoming.

UPDATED: Version 2 provides all blog posts in the series through December 4, 2017.
